What You Need To Bring
Keep your baggage to a comfortable minimum. Without fail, bring a valid passport. Pack light, drip-dry cotton or safari clothing, including two long-sleeved shirt and sweater. Hiking shoes or sneakers, (jungle trails are frequently muddy), plastic raincoat or poncho. Include insect repellent, toilet articles, Swimsuit, on the tour are many possibilities to swim on the Amazon River, good sunglasses, sunscreen, Personal first aid kit, a wide brimmed hat, binoculars and flashlight.

At Amazon King Lodge we can help you charge batteries . Most current electronics (e.g. laptops, cameras, cell phones, IPOD) can be safely charged using 220 current, but please check your owners manual first! If your is 110 V bring a small transformer from 220 V to 11 V . We are NOT responsible for any damages your electronic might suffer.
Each guest may take 20 Kg or 40lbs of luggage with them on the boats to the lodges. If your luggage weighs more than this amount, plan on storing the extra in Iquitos in the Amazon King Lodge office in our secure storage area until return.
Note : Dollars are accepted at Amazon King Lodge when you are buying drinks or you might ask the tour guide to exchange some dollars . Small bills 5,10 or 20 soles are good.
